For a lot of us, meditating for an hour each day sounds great, but then so does sleep. We get it. Whether you're brand new to the practice and looking to understand what meditation is/isn't or a seasoned practitioner looking to make the habit stick again, our 30 day meditation challenge will give you the opportunity to connect with a community and make meditation a part of your life. Led by A—SPACE co-founder, Manoj Dias, this challenge will integrate the science and philosophies of meditation to help you create and sustain a meditation practice in 30 days.

Supported by 4 weekly sessions, guided audio files, an online community that supports you, as well as an unlimited, 4 week membership to the A—SPACE meditation studio in Collingwood, this challenge is designed for anyone that is new to meditation and mindfulness or for those looking to sustain a more regular practice. Each week you will learn new techniques and be given the space and time to notice the events in your life that trigger you into living stressful or anxious states. Beyond this, you'll also have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with a group of like-minded people. For us, and the many people we've supported, this challenge is so much more than a meditation challenge. It's an opportunity to learn how to think differently and ultimately be more present and compassionate with yourself and others.
