For a lot of us, meditating for an hour each day sounds great, but then so does sleep. We get it. Whether you're brand new to the practice and looking to understand what meditation is/isn't or a seasoned practitioner looking to make the habit stick again, our 30 day meditation challenge will give you the opportunity to connect with a community and make meditation a part of your life. Led by A—SPACE co-founder, Manoj Dias, this challenge will integrate the science and philosophies of meditation to help you create and sustain a meditation practice in 30 days.
Supported by 4 weekly sessions, guided audio files, an online community that supports you, as well as an unlimited, 4 week membership to the A—SPACE meditation studio in Collingwood, this challenge is designed for anyone that is new to meditation and mindfulness or for those looking to sustain a more regular practice. What you'll get with your ticket: 4 x 60min sessions with an experienced teacher and a vibrant community dedicated to exploring the mind and heart A monthly, unlimited membership to A—SPACE meditation studio in Collingwood valued at $109 Weekly email support that includes tasks, activities and guided meditations Discounts on intro offers and classes after the program finishes What we'll explore throughout the 4 weeks: We'll introduce you to the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and provide you with the support to help you build a long-term, sustainable mindfulness practice.
